Combine technical commercial leadership with team development and senior client responsibility.

Viridis Talent is seeking Associate Director-level cost professionals for consultancy opportunities in Plano, supporting major data centre and capital investment programmes.

You will:

  • Lead cost consultancy commissions and oversee the quality of commercial advice.

  • Manage senior client relationships and resolve complex contractual and cost issues.

  • Set resource plans, monitor commission performance and maintain delivery standards.

  • Develop cost managers through mentoring, technical reviews and performance management.

  • Contribute to proposals, account development and new project opportunities.

  • Advise on procurement strategy, programme budgets and commercial risk.

We’re looking for:

  • Approximately 10–15 years’ relevant experience, including consultancy leadership.

  • A strong record delivering complex data centre or advanced technology projects.

  • Experience managing teams, client accounts and commission profitability.

  • MRICS, AACE or equivalent professional standing, or a comparable delivery record.
